Six questions your POS can't answer.

Visbi answers them, location by location, and each answer ends in a move a manager can make on the next shift.

Service standards

Is your standard happening on every shift?

Steps of service on every visit your cameras can see, not a mystery-shop sample.

See how
What Visbi shows: Which steps happen and which get skipped, scored against your own standard. The move: Coach the shift that drops the check-back, with the moment to point at.Explore service standards →
Speed of service

Where do the minutes go at the rush?

Each step timed: door, order, hand-off, payment. The kitchen too, with your POS.

See how
What Visbi shows: Which step is slow, on which shift, at which location. The move: Fix the slow step instead of pushing the whole team to hurry.Explore speed of service →
Walkaways

How many guests leave before they order?

Guests who left before ordering, counted, with the wait they saw.

See how
What Visbi shows: Lines and waits past your limit. An alert reaches the manager's phone in seconds to minutes, while they can still act.The move: Open the second till before the line breaks.Explore walkaways →
Multi-unit benchmarking

Why does one location run better than the rest?

See what your best location does differently, and where the others slip.

See how
What Visbi shows: Your strongest location next to every other, step by step at peak, from day 14 onward. Visbi also tells you which locations can't be compared fairly yet.The move: Copy the habit that works, location by location.Explore benchmarking →
Labor deployment

Is the right person on the right station at the rush?

Who to move, to which station, and at what minute.

See how
What Visbi shows: Guests arriving against the team on each station, and where a spare person changes the outcome. By station and shift, never by face. The move: Put your spare person on hand-out at 12, then on fry at 12:30.Explore labor deployment →
Kitchen performance

Is the kitchen keeping up at peak?

Plates waiting at the pass, next to the ticket times you already have.

See how
What Visbi shows: Your POS and kitchen display keep their own numbers. Visbi adds what they can't see: plates waiting at the pass and orders stacking at the make-line at the rush. The move: Put a runner on the pass for the 7pm push.Explore kitchen performance →

Slow service costs you the next visit.

Most unhappy guests never say a word. They just come back less. Tell us what you do hear, and see where it happens on your floor and what it puts at risk.

Book an Audit

Your estimate, based on Qualtrics XM Institute (2025): fewer than 1 in 3 guests with a bad experience tell the business, and 62% of fast-food guests stop or cut back after one. That's the closest published figure for restaurants. We count half the visits they'd have made.

One number.
Three different whys.

An example: three locations, the same 4:30 service time. The report stops there. The floor shows three different problems, and three different fixes.

From a live deployment

Every checklist said it was done. Guests weren't getting it.

Our customer, a multi-location breakfast-and-brunch brand in North America, had a guest-experience gap no report showed. It wasn't a people problem; it was a workflow gap nobody could see. Once Visbi made it visible, their managers fixed it.

Common questions about Visbi.

Straight answers on cameras, privacy and cost.

Usually not. Visbi works with the HD cameras most restaurants already have, plus one Visbi device per location that does the processing on-site. Your Readiness Audit confirms which of your cameras work, and if one points the wrong way, which one to move and where.
Video is processed on-site, on the Visbi device inside your building, and is never continuously uploaded. What leaves the building is anonymized insight and proof, never a live feed of your floor. There is no cloud archive of identifiable people, and anything kept is held for 15 days by default, or the window you specify in your agreement.
No facial recognition, and no camera is used to identify anyone. Visbi doesn't estimate age, gender or mood. Team views are by station and shift, for coaching; where a name appears, it comes from your POS login, never from video.
Not to start. Speed of service, walkaways, labor deployment and steps of service come from cameras. Connect your POS, kitchen display, drive-thru timers or Google reviews and each read sits next to the numbers you already run on.
QSR, fast-casual, full-service and multi-brand groups or franchisors with two or more locations, in the US and Canada. Visbi is scored against your own brand standard, not a generic model.
That Visbi reads how each shift runs, not who they are. There's no facial recognition and no camera identifies anyone, and nothing happens on its own: your managers decide what an alert means. Privacy notices go up at each location before go-live, and we'll help you with the wording for your team.
Setup depends on your locations and cameras, and we scope it in your Readiness Audit. Once a location is live, the first two weeks are counts and patterns. Recommendations and comparisons with your other locations start on day 14, because before then there's nothing honest to compare.
It depends on your number of locations, your cameras and what you want to measure, so pricing comes after your Readiness Audit, once we know what your setup supports.
